CAMPING at the FESTIVAL

This year there will be PRE BOOKED camping available next to the Water Valley Community Hall – weather permitting – for 15 RV’s and 15 tents. Spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis in advance.

In the event of seriously wet weather, no vehicles will be allowed onto the grounds. However, tent camping will be permitted, providing tents and equipment are carried onto the site. Nearer the day we will see what arrangements can be made for RV’s. IF the weather is so bad that it is impractical to camp, We will contact you on Friday morning so I must have your contact number. Cheques will then be cancelled.

Cost. The cost for camping is $10.00 per unit per night payable by cheque in advance and made out to “Water

Please include type of site required (RV or tent) and a contact number. There are limited numbers so don’t hang around.

Have a great Festival and don’t forget that some events start on Friday evening.

Security. No responsibility is accepted for the security of your property by the Water Valley Celtic Festival organizers, the Water Valley Community Association or any other person. Leave your valuables at home or take them with you.

Dogs. Dogs are allowed on a leash and under control

Campfires. there is one communal fire-pit on site.

For RVers. No hookups (no power or water). No water or dump station are available at Water Valley. There

is a dump station with water available at Canadian Tire, Cochrane for those coming from the south and in Cremona, for those coming from the north.

Tenters. Outhouses are available on the east side of the ball diamond. Water is available in the Community Hall.

Noise. This is a family based festival and a campground with children, so please, you are respectfully requested to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. The gate will be locked overnight and during Saturday from 8am; this to prevent unwanted guests and unauthorized parking. If you need your vehicle during the day on Saturday, please park it outside before 8am.

There is pedestrian access to the camping area at all times.
